Because Auto Trim LLc. considers the individual information we maintain to be confidential, our policy is to disclose no personal information gathered online to third parties unless release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or government investigations or proceedings. Auto Trim LLc. does not rent, sell or exchange your names to other companies for their marketing purposes. We do provide your information to reputable organizations that help us to fulfill your order. For example, we use companies to verify and process credit card transactions, to deliver packages, to schedule and perform product installations. We may share information with others who help us analyze sales data, maintain our records, and provide other services for Auto Trim LLc. We also may share your information with companies that act on our behalf and at our direction to notify you of additional Auto Trim LLc. products and services. These companies may also conduct customer satisfaction surveys and manage other customer services and benefits for us. Information required to make a purchase.
When you make a purchase, we ask for your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and other information necessary to fulfill and track your order. For purposes of billing, you will need to provide your credit card type, number, expiration date and billing address of the card holder. If your order is to be shipped, we also need the name, address and phone number of the intended recipient(s). Please note that we do not ship to P.O.Boxes.

You may create an account through AutoTrimLLc.com at any time by providing your e-mail address and designating a unique access password. You do not need to create an account in order to visit our site or to place an order through AutoTrimLLc.com. Creating an account allows you to save certain billing information so that you can track the status of your orders and set your ordering preferences. For your privacy and security, we do not store credit card numbers in your account. You may change saved account information at anytime.

Shipping and Handling policy:
After confirming your order, handling and mailing it may takes from five to ten days to be delivered to your place. All shipments will be mail using GROUND service unless additional special arrangements are made with our office (Contact or Call us at: 1 - 888 - 632 5931). Rates are as follow:

Return Policy.
Every leather car interior we carry is manufactured at the time the order is placed.
- Products can only be returned for exchange due to: an Auto Trim LLc. error in shipping the merchandise, processing the order or manufacturing defect of product. Shipping charges will be refunded to customer only if the return is due to an Auto Trim LLc. error.
- All merchandise except for SPECIAL ORDERS may apply for return and eventually refund no later than 30 days from date of purchase. In the event an order is cancelled or returned, the customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization number - RMA - is required for all merchandise to be shipped back. RMA can be obtained by e-mail or calling us at 954-432-4026. Please make sure to obtain your RMA prior sending back the merchandise. Any returned merchandise without the RMA may not be processed or may result in significant delays in the process. Merchandise must be received no later than 30 days of RMA´s issued date.
- Merchandise should be exactly in the same condition as delivered and box must be unopened as it was originally shipped (30% re-stocking fees apply).
- All exchanged and/or returned merchandise must be shipped back in its original packaging with the RMA clearly marked on the outside surface of the box.
Once we receive a return order, please allow us one to two weeks to process the return.

Special Orders.
Any request that is different from an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) order is considered a Special Order; orders such as different Color from OEM, Two Tones, Suede, Piping, Embroidery, Perforations, Stitching, Carbon Fiber Heat Seal (Embossed) are considered Special Orders. Also, all orders of leather car seat covers for any car or automobile other than the current calendar year of the car is consider a Special Order; unfortunately we cannot accept any returns in such cases due to the fact that we need to custom made all special orders. All Special Orders, when placed will be required to be paid in full; please note that in some cases the same models and year are the same from the previous years of the same car models therefore the same Leather Car seats covers could apply; we recommend to Contact or Call us at: 1 - 888 - 632 5931 and speak to one of out representatives to assure your complete satisfaction. Once a Special Order is placed and confirmed by our office NO CHANGES or CANCELATIONS or EXCHANGES are allowed and therefore NO REFUNDS will be issue with no exceptions. It is very important for us and for you as a client that you understand clearly what are you needs and expectations from our product(s) and that you will be 100 % satisfy with it.
